As the title says, I doubt if Admins do visit this section of our Forum.
They don't even entertain our threads/posts.
We, forum members are the ones answering our own questions/problems.
And now,...
Simple.
1. Right click on the hotkey icon.
2. Select "Run as Administrator".
3. Click "Yes".
yup. that's the only solution as of now. everytime na maglalaro ka, ganyan lang gagawin mo, gaya ko haha.

kasi wala naman problema sa connection mo. wala naman problema sa softwares mo. na-try mo na i-re-install Garena? sensya na, la naman kasi masyado active na admin dito sa helpdesk eh.
nah, there's nothing wrong with your connection. hmm, check mo pag naglalaro ka baka nag-a-update ang antivirus mo, or windows update, or kung may dina-download yang pc mo. may mga nabasa na rin ako...
Can you also try on testing your connection in Pingtest.net and post your result.

i think, somehow, my guide fits here. 'coz no one (IMO) have ever posted an answer to the problem (Failed to Update [something lik that] thing.)

try asking the shop owner, there might be some problem with your connection. ahm, pag yung mga internet browsing di naman ba napuputol? or pwede rin mabagal ISP nyo. with regard to your case, sa shop...
have you tried checking your jitter sir? there might be some problem on either your connection or others. btw, i'm using PLDT DSL, somehow i'm having a lot of troubles with my connection as well. i...
have you tried visiting Pingtest? (not the speedtest) you should have jitter lower that 9, if not, then your connection is not advisable for playing OL games, even if you have fast internet...
can you post some Screenies?
try downloading other Garena/DotA Hotkey. then Right Click-Run as Administrator.
you actually can't really see your own ping in Lobby. :)

Then click "Warcraft 3 TFT" button.

as of now, ang solusyon ko po eh, open PC, log-in Garena Account, turn off modem, click "Lan", turn on modem, sabay refresh sa Lobby para makapasok ng room at maka-connect sa mga room/games pag ok na...
