what happened to GoKart? Anybody here is playing GoKart (Garena GKart PH Launcher)?

Hello everybody,
I've been away for some months but today I found out that I cannot use Garena to play GoKart, also the site: http://forum.gokart.garena.ph/ is unavailable to post the question about GoKart... what happened to GoKart?
Did the same happen to GoKart Malaysia or Singapore?
I'n not from PH/MY/SG but for aproximately a year I was able to play Gokart using Proxifier... But after I updated the Garena Plus client , I cannot login anyome using Proxifier...without Proxifier I can see only LAN games and HON from my country...
Also I heard about a: Garena GKart PH Launcher
but when I search for it the file was allready deleted from all file sharing sites.
The sites are down for me from here, but if I google Garena GKart PH Launcher I found the first 2 results http://tinyurl.com/7rbp4zu and was able to read about it from cache page:

but the links for downloading the Garena GK Launcher Download ( GarenaGKartPH_Launcher.rar ) are allready dead , megaupload was closed and also from hotfile was deleted...
Do you know anybody who is still able to play GoKart? Can you ask them about:
1. Do you know where can I find the "Garena GKart PH Launcher" (if I will not be able to login Garena plus using Proxifier)
2. Why can I not login Garena Plus anymore using Proxifier?
3. Why I cannot see the forum from site http://forum.gokart.garena.ph/ anymore?

Dear Sir,

There are many Filipinos playing Zing Speed and QQ speed. why not turn the gokart back? intead of playing Viet and Chinese gokart, why not bring back go cart in the philippines? many gkart players were asking the same question. wheres gkart now? can u please bring back phil gkart? many players are hoping and waiting for answers. why not respond?

why a connot find gkart?That was my favorite game in the hole phillipines.Can anybody help me of finding gkart,if you found gkart just leave some message on my facebook acount my name is Dominic John Quidato Molina and my picture is a boysscout facing side view.
